Smartius advised Tapiolan Lämpö Oy (Ehta Isännöinti) in its acquisition of the entire share capital of Granlund Isännöinti Oy. Granlund Isännöinti Oy, which joined Ehta Isännöinti on 1 December 2025 and will operate under the Ehta brand. Following the acquisition, Ehta Isännöinti serves nearly 600 housing and property companies with a team of over 100 experts. The transaction supports Ehta Isännöinti’s growth.
