Ville Ranta is a Finnish lawyer based in Tampere, Finland. He has more than ten years of experience in business law, representing publicly listed Finnish corporations as well as small and medium-sized companies and private equity/venture capital companies.
Ville has a wide range of expertise, and he has for years continuously handled all legal matters for many clients. He regularly advises clients on private M&A and investment transactions, and he has been involved in approximately one hundred successfully concluded M&A and investment transactions, in most cases acting as the lead legal counsel to the client.
