Smartius advised investors in the EUR 45 million funding round of ReOrbit
Smartius advised Springvest Oyj and ReOrbit Oy in connection with ReOrbit’s landmark €45 million Series A funding round, alongside other counsels. The funding round was the largest all-equity Series A in Finland and it was led by Springvest with participation from Varma, Elo, and several European VCs, marking a major milestone for the European space and defence sector. The funding will scale ReOrbit’s satellite manufacturing, expand global operations and local satellite centres, and strengthen its secure communications and intelligence systems that give nations full, independent control over critical space assets.
