Tuomas Lehtimäki

Tuomas Lehtimäki is a Finnish lawyer based in Tampere, Finland. He has more than 10 years of experience in IPO’s, various kinds of capital markets, PEVC, crowd finance, debt finance and M&A transactions as well as general business law.

Tuomas works mainly with companies in cleantech, finance, PEVC and manufacturing industries. Tuomas frequently acts as chairman of General Meetings in listed and non-listed companies. Tuomas is also secretary of the Board in a Finnish listed company.

Tuomas’ previous experience includes working for major Finnish law firms, including Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd. and Fondia Oyj.
