Petteri Tenhunen has over 15 years of experience supporting start-up, growth, established and publicly listed companies as well as investors and entrepreneurs in Finland and on international markets. Petteri has broad legal knowledge in the areas of corporate law, business agreements and policies, commercialization of technology, M&A and private equity.
Petteri has previously worked as an associate at Roschier Attorneys, legal counsel at Ernst & Young and Fondia as well as head of legal affairs for OL4 project with Teollisuuden Voima Oyj and final disposal project of spent nuclear fuel with Posiva Oy among others.
Petteri has experience in wide range of industries such as life science and healthcare, energy, technology and digital media.
Petteri holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) with studies also in the University of Maastricht.
