Petri Nevalainen is a Finnish lawyer based in Tampere, Finland.
He has twenty years’ experience in business law, especially in domestic and international M&A transactions and commercial agreements, as well as in arbitration and litigation matters often involving an international connection.
He works with clients across a wide range of industries, including technology and digital media, healthcare, export companies, and heavy machinery.
Petri’s previous experience includes working as an attorney and partner for major Finnish law firms, including Applex Attorneys, Bützow Attorneys, and Procopé & Hornborg, as well as a visiting lawyer with Holland & Knight in New York.
Petri holds both a Master of Laws and Master of Science in Economics degree.
