Johan Slotte is an experienced lawyer and business manager who has worked in international business since 1989.
For about 20 years, he has been a management team member in a stock listed tech company. He has also served as a member and secretary of the board for several companies, including stock listed companies. He has had profit and loss responsibility in several businesses, all active internationally. Johan has had legal and/or business responsibility for over 40 full-cycle M&A projects in and outside of Europe.
He is a fast learner and a great negotiator with an ability to identify key aspects in the matter at hand. Johan holds a Master of Laws degree from Turku University, a postgraduate degree from the University of Amsterdam and an EMBA degree from IMD, Switzerland and he speaks 4 languages, including German.
