Antto advises clients on matters related to M&A, corporate law, and contract law.

Antto earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before joining Smartius, he worked in the legal services of a Big Four firm, in the in-house legal teams of a major international technology company, and a Finnish growth company.
