Smartius advised the investors in the latest USD 6 million financing round of Zenniz
Smartius acted as legal advisor to the investors in connection with Zenniz’s latest USD 6 million financing round. The financing round was backed by multiple venture capital funds, including Butterfly Ventures, Superhero Capital, Seventure Partners, and Bromélia Capital, alongside several private investors including Wolt founder Miki Kuusi. The funding will support Zenniz’s ongoing international expansion and accelerate the company’s growth, particularly in the North American market.

With systems already operating across four continents and in more than 25 countries, the company is further strengthening its position globally through strategic partnerships and continued development of its AI-powered hardware and premium services.
