Sara is a Helsinki-based lawyer advising clients on a wide range of assignments, especially in matters relating to commercial contracts, technology and corporate law as well as M&A transactions.
Sara has previously worked in the M&A and Private Equity team at one of Finland’s largest commercial law firms. Additionally, Sara has experience working closely with business operations in the in-house legal teams of two major industrial companies in Finland.
