At Smartius, we believe the best dispute is one that never happens at all – at least not at the procedural level. The best outcome is a negotiated outcome. Conflict management sits at the core of our practice. We can serve our clients best when we become involved at an early stage of a disagreement. This enables us to assist clients by identifying the sources of disagreement and resolving them proactively before the matter progresses to formal legal proceedings.

Our dispute resolution experts have 35 years of combined experience handling domestic litigation and arbitration, as well as disputes with international connections, covering multiple industries and practice areas. We focus particularly on disputes involving commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and corporate and employment law matters. In employment matters, we exclusively represent employers.
