Elise Kemppainen

Elise is a lawyer based in Helsinki, advising clients primarily on matters related to employment law and M&A.

Elise has developed her expertise in employment law at one of Finland’s leading business law firms as well as at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Before joining Smartius, she also worked in the in-house legal team of a Finnish transportation and logistics company, where she was able to deepen her expertise through practical, business-oriented legal work.
